1974
The founders of Portisan, who worked in the scaffolding and formwork sector in Germany for many years, returned to Turkey with the knowledge and experience gained from German industry and established a multi-partner factory producing scaffolding.

1994
With the establishment of the scaffolding factory, the need for a foundry arose. This marked the foundation of Bucak Döküm.

2010
The foundry within Portisan, located in the Antalya Organized Industrial Zone, was relocated to Bucak, an hour’s drive from Antalya, due to legal restrictions preventing foundries from being situated in 1st-degree tourism areas.

2014
Until this year, the company operated as a foundry under the scaffolding factory. In 2014, it was purchased by our General Manager Emin Tulunay. This officially marked Bucak Döküm’s separation from Portisan and its continuation as a fully independent entity.

2020
With new investments, the factory’s production capacity increased to 200 tons per month, achieving 100% integration with mass production. We expanded our portfolio to include numerous new sectors and solutions.

2023
Aiming to highlight the company’s international structure, an innovative approach was adopted under the Bucak Döküm Casting & Foundry brand.
